Pennsylvania....DMV Records Request

PA DL Record requires 1.) Full DL# & 2.) Last Name.   

PA does not have easy access to   Records of Vehicle Registration and Ownership. It is required to have  a release signed by owner and takes 6 weeks turnaround time  and then only will be faxed to our fax number on record. You need the COMPLETE VIN # to obtain this.
